Resort Fee

All facilities in our hotel are for the preferential use of our guests.

Other visitors who wish to use our facilities are welcome, for the following entrance fee: $10.00 per adult, $5.00 per child (4 - 11 years).

Please do not bring along people who are not registered guests into our hotel rooms.

Any visitors who purchase the services of our Acuarelas Restaurant and/or our En Gadi Spa, and are not registered guests in our hotel, may make use of our hotels facilities free of charge.

We appreciate entering our Acuarelas Restaurant wearing dry and appropriate attire.

Montaña de Fuego Hotel reserves the right of admission.

Cancellation policy:

Penalties applied for cancellations of confirmed Reservaciones will vary according to the time of year when such a cancellation is submitted.

High season: from December 16, 2008 to April 30, 2009.

We'll apply full penalty if you make your cancellation request 22 before your arrival.

Green season: From May 01, 2009 to December 15, 2009.

We'll apply full penalty if you make your cancellation request 15 dys before your arrival.

Tax Information

Room rates plus 13% taxes

Extra Person Charges

For extra adult in Standard and Deluxe Room add $ 22 + tax (rack rate)

For extra adult in Junior Suite Room add $ 27 + tax (rack rate)

For extra adult in Suite Room add $ 34 + tax (rack rate)

Check-in and Checkout Times

Check in: 2:00 p.m.

An identification bracelet will be given to each guest that has to use during the whole time at the hotel.

Check out: 12:00 m.d.

Check out after 2:00 p.m. will pay 50% more from the room rate.

Guarantee Policy

Security box

The hotel has a safety deposit box available in some our rooms. We recommend dont leave articles outside unattended, and closing all the doors and windows when you leave the room.

Hotel Montaña de Fuego is not responsible for valuables that have not been declared and stored in the in room safety box or at the front desk.
